Opinion in buying UPS

The Phillipines have an unusual plug type and voltage combination that must make sourcing electrical products a little bit challenging. Wall sockets in the Phillipines run at 230V, but the most common plug/outlet type used is the NEMA 5-15R. This is the socket most commonly used in the USA for 120V applications. It sounds like you're hoping to find a 230V UPS that can also accommodate NEMA 5-15P input plugs, but feed them with 230V.

The Tripp Lite equivalent to the APC BE500RPH is AVRX550U plus as many UNIPLUGINT adapters as you need to get your equipment connected. There are two C13 to C14 jumpers in the box. The UNIPLUGINT adapter has the same shape as the outlets on the APC model you mention.
